Product Description: The herb is a hardy annual plant coming originally from Aleppo, but now it is in most parts of Europe and North America. Borage is has rough, white, stiff and prickly hairs. The stems are round and can grow about 1 1/2 feet high. The leaves are oval, green and pointed, growing 3 inches long or more. May also be known as Borago officinalis. The ailments used traditionally for Borage are for fever, jaundice, sore throat, rheumatism, bronchial tract infections, depression, and for gum infections.
